Salesperson/F&I Manager Hybrid

Amherst Nissan is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Salesperson/F&I Manager Hybrid in our automotive dealership in beautiful Amherst, Nova Scotia. Located just 30 minutes from Greater Moncton. This position combines the responsibilities of a salesperson with those of a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of automotive financing and insurance products, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Showcase vehicles and demonstrate their features and benefits effectively.
  • Conduct test drives and answer any questions or concerns from customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory and dealership offerings.

Finance & Insurance:

  • Assist customers with financing options and explain the terms and conditions of loans and leases.
  • Present and sell various insurance and protection products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle service contracts.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions to secure financing for customers with varying credit profiles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the finance and insurance process, addressing any concerns or questions.

Customer Service:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Represent the dealership in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a dealership setting.
  • Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in paperwork and documentation.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing an exceptional experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
